Trans-national meeting in Warsaw, Poland

Contents:
opening of the touring exhibition “Women In Progress” on April 15th at Fort Legionow, Warsaw

To the photo exhibits were also added:

artistically arranged shirts (“Female Role Model”) from Ulm
artistically arranged shoe boxes (“My Life in a Shoe Box”) from Belfast
mandalas from the DAKINI women
parts from the “Palace of Women”

A one-day workshop enabled us to get a closer look at the aims and working methods of the host institution DAKINI.

at morning : meditation and artistic shaping with Agnieszka Czapczynska
in the afternoon: improvised singing with Zofia Bartoszewicz

An active exchange between all participants took place on individual learning and life experiences as well as on the motivation for taking part in this European Union project.


The DAKINI women showed us Warsaw; from the impressive Jewish cemetery we left deeply moved.
